As of Jan. 2012 Elder Peavy, after much prayer, the blessing of Pastor Jordan and a confirmation from the Lord, Elder Peavy accepted the invitation to become the Lead Pastor of Sacramento’s House of Praise (aka the SHoP). God gave Pastor Peavy the vision to releunch the ministry with a new name of Purpose Church. Purpose Church is multicultural church, with a mission focus helping people discover and fulfill their God given purpose in life. Pastor Peavy is also the Assistant General Elder/Pastor of the True Pentecostal Church (TPC) in Vallejo, California under the leadership of Pastor Charles Jordan. Pastor Peavy is the husband of one wife, the lovely Mrs. Laveenia and a father of three.

Pastor Peavy received his early ministerial training under the leadership of his "father in the gospel", the late Pastor Alfred R. Williams Sr. He was saved in High School at the age of 17 years old. He has held many leadership positions serving as the departmental superintendent, Sunday School director, youth adviser, adult bible class teacher. At an early age he has served as the vice chairman of the brotherhood department and is currently the youngest Elder to date to receive the ordination to Eldership in the history of TPC. He also continues serve where he was appointed as the Assistant General Elder of the True Pentecostal Church in Vallejo CA.

Pastor Peavy has received 4 years of liberal arts instruction from Saint Mary's College where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management. He has received theological instruction at Vision International University. He is currently enrolled at William Jessup University perusing his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.
